A Deep Tissue massage focuses on the tissue layers of the muscle, though not specifically on the muscle itself. This type of pressure is brilliant for any newly formed knots or to get rid of “new” tension in an area.

I have been seeing Olesea regularly for over a year. Olesea has a strong command of human physiology which informs her massage work, and I have applied her advice and suggestions in between our sessions. She keeps detailed notes and is always responsive to feedback and requests. I am very satisfied and plan to continue working with Olesea.

100% recommend. I have specific issues with my back that other massage therapists and chiropractors haven't taken the time to understand and fix / support. Olesea not only diagnosed the issue quickly but addressed and fixed the key issues.

Olesea’s massages are always amazing. She has an extensive knowledge of how the body works and what muscles to work on to relieve pain. Her toolkit of modalities and stretches really helps her to work on all types of sports injuries and recovery. I love seeing her and always feel so much better after she works on me! My wife and I have been using Olesea’s services for a few years now. As an athlete in his 40s (runner specifically), Olesea has been very helpful in diagnosing my pains and then working on muscles to loosen and stretch them. I try to schedule appointments with her when I have big races coming up.
